MENTAL HEALTH
If you have witnessed or experienced mental health know that we are sending you love. It is something very close to the heart of this brand and a cause that we care about deeply.
We respect the seriousness of it and always recommend doing this work amongst community which means alongside a therapist, a doctor and where possible surrounding yourself with supporting community groups.
This work is powerful and transformative however it can also be triggering at times and therefore it is imperative to surround yourself with the necessary support.
While we speak to mental health consistently on this platform, know that we are not medical professionals, we are complementary health practitioners.
It is our intention to continue to broaden our scope of knowledge and network in order to best support those experiencing mental health.
