Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using services provided by Maddison Everist (trading as “Bloomin Within”). By booking a session, purchasing a product, enrolling in a program, attending an event or retreat, or accessing any content or services online and in person (free or paid), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed.

Scope of Services

Bloomin Within offers professional services including (but not limited to):

• 1:1 coaching, hypnotherapy, and mentoring sessions

• Group programs, memberships, workshops, and online courses

• Digital products such as hypnosis and meditation bundles

• In-person and online events, retreats, and workshops

• Yin yoga, somatic practices, and guided subconscious experiences

Further detailed agreements may be issued separately for certain programs, 1:1 contracts, retreats, and group containers.

Client Responsibility and Medical Disclaimer

By participating in any service, you acknowledge and agree:

• You are responsible for your own well-being, mental health, and physical health.

• These services do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.

• If you have or suspect you may have any medical or psychological condition (including but not limited to epilepsy, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, psychosis, severe anxiety, depression, or PTSD), you must consult your doctor, psychiatrist, or other qualified healthcare professional before participating.

• Services are not appropriate for those experiencing active psychosis or unmanaged severe mental health conditions.

• Participation is at your own risk. Bloomin Within (Maddison Everist) accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from participation.

Booking, Payment, and Cancellations

• All sessions, classes, and programs must be paid for in advance.

• Refunds are not available once payment has been made, unless otherwise stated in specific offer terms.

• Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled time via Acuity Scheduling (subject to availability).

• Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full.

• Session fees are for time and professional expertise and cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Online and In-Person Sessions

• Sessions are currently conducted online (via Zoom) or in-person (where stated).

• If you are late by 20 minutes or more to a session, rescheduling may be required.

• It is your responsibility to attend events, sessions, or programs at the correct time and location.

Group Programs, Events, Retreats, and Memberships

• Participation in group offerings is subject to community guidelines and standards of behaviour.

• Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to specific offerings (e.g., program contracts, event waivers).

• Some group programs and retreats may require a health intake or approval to participate.

• Results shared in group testimonials are individual and not guaranteed for all participants.

Hypnosis, Yoga, Meditation and General Content

• Hypnotherapy recordings, meditation tracks, or live practices must not be used while driving, operating machinery, or engaging in activities that require alertness.

• Digital downloads and recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, distributed, or resold.

• You are responsible for using tools and practices appropriately and safely.

Outcomes and Guarantees

• No guarantee can be made regarding the outcome or results of any session, program, or service.

• Your progress depends on many factors, including your commitment, participation, and personal circumstances.

Standards of Behaviour

• Participants agree to engage respectfully, not under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

• Maddison Everist reserves the right to terminate participation without refund if unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour occurs.

Confidentiality and Privacy

• All client communications and session content are confidential, except where:

• Disclosure is required by law;

• Risk of harm to self or others is present;

• A minor or vulnerable adult is involved.

• Client cases may be discussed anonymously with professional supervisors for development purposes.

• Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy

• It has been agreed upon contractually for group containers for content to be recorded and re-sold for informational and educational purposes.

Liability and Indemnity

• Under no circumstances shall Maddison Everist or Bloomin Within be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the services provided.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maddison Everist from any claims arising from your use of services or content.

Age Restriction

• You must be at least 18 years of age to book and participate in sessions, programs, retreats, or events unless otherwise stated.

Testimonials

• Client testimonials reflect individual experiences and results are not guaranteed.

• By providing a testimonial, you grant permission for Bloomin Within to use your statement for marketing purposes without compensation.

• You may revoke this permission at any time by written request.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia for any disputes.

Updates to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time without notice. Please review them periodically for any changes.

If you have concerns or complaints about your experience, please contact Maddison Everist directly via email to resolve the issue where possible.

Statements of Understanding

By booking or participating in any offering (free or paid), you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

• You take full responsibility for your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

• You understand that results are not guaranteed and depend on your own participation and circumstances.

• You acknowledge the nature and limitations of the services provided by Maddison Everist and Bloomin Within.
